At The Quiet Space, every retreat is prepared with great care and love. Because our retreats spaces are extremely limited, each booking is significant. For this reason, we follow a non-refundable policy on all reservations.
We kindly ask you to confirm your plans before securing your place, as once registered, your booking is considered final. This allows us to maintain the quality and exclusivity of the retreat experience for all participants.

- All bookings are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
- If you are unable to attend, you may:
- Transfer your booking to another person (a friend, family member, or colleague).
- Request a date change (subject to availability and retreat schedule).
- In rare cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen events beyond our control), The Quiet Space reserves the right to reschedule or provide an alternative option.
- Force Majeure:
- Heartland Wellness reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings in the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure situations that are beyond our control.
- In such cases, guests will be notified promptly, and alternative options or a refund will be provided as per our discretion.
